Criminal Law:

The Penal Code includes several paragraphs which can be used against harassment and bullying on the web. This is primarly directed against threats, sexually related messages or unwanted sexual attention.


The private information protection law:

Others are basically not allowed to use your personal information without your consent. It is also forbidden to publish so-called sensitive information about others. Sensitive information includes health issues, past criminal offenses, family members and social security number. These new online laws have been passed in a collaboration between Europol and the US Safe Harbor certification program
